Pattern Hunt

The summers sun hovered in the air as we walked towards Queens Park. The smell of pollen and leaves filled the air when we entered the park. The purpose for this visit was a hunt for patterns and how they come up everywhere. Here are some of the patterns we found...

Bridges
Playground material
Maps
Roses and flowers
Duck feathers
Spider Webs
paths
bricks
buildings
paths
and bark
Here are some photos I took...

The trip carried on from the gates of Queens park to the animal enclosures. There were lots of patterns surrounding us like animal coats, flowers and plants. A peacocks tail is the best example of a pattern for beauty as well as survivability, the four stages we had to fill in were B.O.S.S which stands for Beauty, Order, Strength and Survivability. The next stage of the trip were the Japanese Gardens the stand out pattern was the ground because they made it look like ripples from waves,  BYE!
