Calligraphy

The pen floated across the page as silence hit the room. I wrote Emily on the white blank page. My finger started to hurt as we carried on writing. I continued to write my pets names such as  Toby Marvin Daisy Bella  and more. Word art is calligraphy which is a fancy way of writing things. Like the font above. We learnt to write like that with Jenni today. The sun shone brightly outside as we carried on. I wrote Shiloh  Peaty and Jasmin. Amanda came past and told us about ancient Rome and how they wrote everything like that. They didn't have paper so they used Scrolls  and if they made the littlest mistake they had to start over. I enjoy writing calligraphy because it is some thing new and exciting.
